Current resource access
Hostavya provides resource previews, screenshots, contact information, and policy pages. Online purchase, account access, file delivery, and support scope are confirmed separately in writing before any paid access.
Independent host resource
Hostavya is an independent resource. It is not official Airbnb material, not endorsed by Airbnb, and not connected with Airbnb. Airbnb is a trademark of its owner.
No professional advice
Hostavya templates and examples are educational review aids. They do not provide pricing, revenue-management, tax, legal, accounting, investment, safety, real estate, or platform-policy advice. You are responsible for checking your own records, local rules, and platform obligations.
Use of previews and files
Screenshots, sample rows, and example language use fictional or generic information. Do not treat previews as a promise that a particular product version, format, support level, or commercial term is active unless Hostavya confirms that in writing.
